Purpose
The Mage-OS Association was founded to enable the long-term success of the Magento ecosystem by empowering the community to maintain and develop the Mage-OS platform through communication, coordination, and funding. The Association operates in accordance with its Statutes.
Governance
Board of Directors
The Mage-OS Association is governed by an elected Board of Directors. Current members and their roles can be found on the Leadership page.
The Board includes the following officer positions:

- Actuary
Business Control Committee
An independent Business Control Committee provides oversight and ensures accountability and transparency in all Association operations. Details are available on the Leadership page.
